Curious Tales of the Three Kingdoms is an event in Re LIVE. It was the 42nd event to take place in both the Japanese and global servers. In the global server, it was scheduled to commemorate the global version's 2.5th anniversary.
The event ran from August 24, 2021 to September 6, 2021 in the Japanese server and from October 22, 2021 to November 5, 2021 in the global server.

Koharu Yanagi, Suzu Minase, and Hisame Honami act in a comedic rendition of Romance of the Three Kingdoms.
Gameplay[]
The player progresses through the event by using event-exclusive RP rather than stamina. RP is recovered every 60 minutes and caps at 6 RP. Challenging the bosses costs 1 RP, with the option to use 2 RP for a 2.5x damage boost, and 3 RP for a 4x damage boost. The player can select one of three available bosses (Stage Girl Koharu Yanagi, Stage Girl Suzu Minase, Stage Girl Hisame Honami), and after defeating it, the levels of all three will increase at random, whereas if it is not defeated within a time limit of 2 hours, they will decrease at random. Damage dealt by challenging a boss carries over into the next attempt if the boss has not been cleared.
Defeating the event boss allows the player to gain points for ranking as well as rewards depending on the number of victories. Additionally, regardless of clearance status, challenging event and boss stages gives the player the possibility to encounter event chests with a 20% of opening, or 100% by using a key or Star Gems. Rewards include RP, RP tickets, boss damage boosts that go from 2 to 10%, coins, creation jewels, and Star Gems.
Event points rewards included gacha tickets and one copy of 4✰ Peach Oath as well as Star Gems, gacha tickets, and bound break memoirs given to the player depending on their final rank, which is based on their total amount of points collected.
Liu Bei Koharu Yanagi and Zhang Fei Suzu Minase provided a damage and event points boost. As the stage girls associated with this event are premium birthday gacha cards and Hisame Honami's birthday had not passed when the event occurred, her card had not released yet.
This was the first event to have a 12 part event story (as opposed to 6 parts).
