Haruka Kudō (工藤 晴香) was born on March 16, 1989 in Osaka, Japan. She voices Yachiyo Tsuruhime and is currently affiliated with Ace Crew Entertainment.

Haruka was an exclusive model for the Japanese fashion magazine "Seventeen" from 2003 to 2007, and was also affiliated with TOP COAT. Prior to this she had modeled for the magazine "CUTiE".

She debuted as a voice actress with the role of Hagumi Hanamoto in Honey and Clover. She put her activities on a hiatus after enrolling in university, and later started voice acting again in 2011 after becoming affiliated with Sigma Seven e. On August 2014, she left Sigma Seven e and became a freelancer, before signing up with ELBS Entertainment on October 2016. On May 1, 2017, she transferred to Ace Crew.

Haruka is described as having a personality similar to that of Yachiyo, in that she is lively and often jokes around.

Together with Hotaru Nomoto, Haruka is the host of the "Siegfeld Edel Radio" program. It began on January 28th, 2019 and airs on HiBiKi radio station.
