Hikaru Tono (遠野 ひかる) was born on March 5, 1996 in Tokyo. She voices Shiori Yumeoji and is affiliated with HiBiKi agency.
Background
Hikaru decided to become a voice actress after becoming inspired by anime. For the next seven years, she would enter several auditions. Though she repeatedly failed, her determination never wavered. In 2017, she passed auditions for HiBiKi and became a member of the agency alongside Risa Tsumugi.
