Kiriko Masai (眞井霧子, Masai Kiriko) is a second-year student at Seisho Music Academy who participates in the Play Creator Program.
She is the director for Class B's performance of Starlight, working alongside playwright Shion Amemiya and Nana Daiba.
She first appears introducing herself with Amemiya, and is confronted by Kaoruko Hanayagi in classroom 2-B following the results of an audition, to which Amemiya bluntly tells her the performance she gave wasn't good enough.
Etymology[]
- The name Kiriko means "fog, mist" (霧) (kiri) and "child" (子) (ko).
- Kiriko's surname Masai means "true, reality" (眞) (masa) and "well, mine shaft, pit" (井) (i).
- There is a species of giraffe called Masai giraffes.
