Risa Tsumugi (紡木 吏佐) is a voice actress from Okinawa, Japan. She voices Rui Akikaze and is working as a freelance artist.
Biography[]
Risa attended an international school when she was young, and she is skilled in English as a result. Being from Okinawa, she can also speak the Okinawan dialect.
Risa dreamed of becoming a voice actress after hearing Aya Hirano's voice acting. This led her to learn more about anime voice acting and not long after that, she began doing voice impressions for her friends. The praise she earned for her impressions reaffirmed her passion for acting.[1] In 2017 she was scouted and became affiliated with HiBiKi through their rookie scouting.

- Fina in Bermuda Triangle: Colorful Pastrale
- Chiyu Tamade from the BanG Dream! franchise
- Tazusa Ando in the Assault Lily franchise
Together with fellow Revue Starlight seiyuu Hikaru Tono, she is one half of the duo, "TonoTsumu". The two of them are rather close and spend time together frequently.
In October 2022, she announced her marriage to composer Yuki Honda (Arte Refact).
In November 2023, she announced her departure from HiBiKi, her agency since debuting, and started work as a freelancer. In addition, she announced her separation from Yuki Honda.

- Risa's hobbies include traveling around different shrines and temples, doing illustrations and collecting temple seals. She is quite skilled at tennis as well.
- Risa's favorite foods are cheese, jerky, and prosciutto.
- Risa owns an albino ferret named Chikuwa (ちくわ)[2].
