Ruka Fukagawa (深川 瑠華, Fukagawa Ruka) was born on September 6, 2004 in Kanagawa, Japan. She portrays Ryoko Kobato and is affiliated with HiBiKi agency.
Background[]
Ruka was inspired to become a voiceover artist while watching BanG Dream! actresses perform live.[1] Her dream came true when she became a member of HiBiKi as of April 26, 2020, when it was announced that she would voice Kurumi Shiratori from D4DJ.

- Ruka's special skills are playing the flute and piccolo.

- Her favorite sport is swimming. She took swimming lessons from kindergarten until the second half of elementary school. She is good at front crawl and breaststroke, but not great at backstroke because she ends up going into the next lane over.[2]
- When she was young, her dream was to be a preschool teacher. When she was in middle school, she got to help out an elementary school teacher, and was very popular with the kids.[2]
- Ruka's favorite Revue Starlight character is Mahiru Tsuyuzaki.[2]
- Ruka describes her daily fashion style as being "more on the cool side", saying she often just wears a hoodie and pants. Most of the outfits she wears to work are picked out by her mom.[2]
